Before beginning Salaah, Perform wadhu or Ghusl (Which ever is required). Your clothes and place of Salaah should also be clean. Make sure your satr is covered. Women satr in Salaah is to covered everything except hands, face and feets. A person must face the Qiblah (direction of prayer- Makkah). Make intention quietly or in the mind for which ever Salaah you wish to perform. During Salaah keep the eyes fixed on the spot where the head will be on Sajdah (Prostration) unless otherwise mentioned. Ensure the feet point towards the direction of Qiblah. Women keep their feet together.
Subhaanaka Allaahumma Wa Bihamdika, Wa Tabaarakasmuka, Wa Ta’aalaa Jadduka, Wa Laa ‘Ilaaha Ghayruka.
Auzubillahi Minashaitan Nirajeem
I seek refuge in Allah from the rejected satan.
Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem
In the name of Allah, the most beneficent, most merciful
Recite Sura-tul-Fatiha now.
Alhamdu Lillaahi Rabbil ‘Aalameen Ar-Rahmaanir-Raheem Maaliki Yawmid-Deen Iyyaaka Na’budu Wa Lyyaaka Nasta’een Ihdinas-Siraatal-Mustaqeem Siraatal-Lazeena An’amta ‘Alaihim Ghayril-Maghdoobi ‘Alaihim Wa Lad-Daaalleen
Praise to be Allah, Lord of the worlds. the beneficent, the merciful. Master of the day of gudgement. Thee alone we worship and to thee alone we turn for help. Guide us to the straight path. The path of those whome you favoured, None of those who earned your anger, nor of those who went astray.
Qul Huw-Allahu Ahad
Allah-Us-Samad
Lam Yalid Wl Lam Yulad
Wa Lam Yakul Lahu Kufuwan Ahad
Say, “He is Allah , [who is] One, Allah , the Eternal Refuge. He neither begets nor is born, Nor is there to Him any equivalent.”
Say:
Allah-O-Akbar
Say, “He is Allah , [who is] One, Allah , the Eternal Refuge. He neither begets nor is born, Nor is there to Him any equivalent.”
In Ruku, Recite three times:
Subhana Rabbi’al Azeem
How perfect is my lord, The supreme!
While standing up from Ruku recite TASMEE.
Sami’Allahu Liman Hamidah
Allah hears the one who praises him.
And when stood up recite TAHMEED.
Rabbana Walakal Hamd
Our Lord, To you be the praise
Recite three times in SAJJDAH.
Allah-O-Akbar
Allah Is the greatest
In Ruku, Recite three times:
Subhana Rabbiyal A’la
Glory to my Lord, The Highest.
Allah-O-Akbar
Allah Is the greatest
And prostrate again for a second time reciting “Tasbeeh”.

Get up from second sajjdah and stand up back to the Qiyaam position. This completes one Rak’aah (unit) of prayer. The second Rak’aah is performed in the same way but do not recite Thaana and Ta’awwuz, start form Tasmiyah.
Get up from the second Sajdah and stand up back to the Qayyam position. This complete’s on Rak’aah(unit) of prayer. The second Rak’aah is performed in the same way but do not recite Sana and ta’wwuz, start from Tasmiyah. At tashahhud in the second rak’aah after second prostration remain seated (Qad’ah), and recite quietly.
Attahiyat Lillahi Wa Salawatu Wa’t-Tayyibat, As-Salamu ‘Alayka Ayyuha’n-Nabiyyu Wa Rahmat-Allahi Wa Barakatuhu. As-Salamu ‘Alayna Wa ‘Alaa ‘Ibad-Illah Is-Saliheen.
All compliments, all physical prayer , and all monetary worship are for Allah. Peace be upon you, O Prophet, and Allah’s mercy and blessings. Peace be on us and on all righteous slaves of Allah.
Whilist reciting at “Tashahhud” When word “ “Ash-Hadu Al-laailaha” are recited, use the right hand to form a circle with a middle finger and the thumb and raise the index finger high enough for it to face the Qiblah. Drop the finger back down again after reciting “Al-laailaha” (than Allah). If you are performing thre Rak’aahs (Maghrib) or four Rak’aahs (Zohr,Asar,Isha), then stand up after Tashahhud.
Ashhadu Alla Ilaha Illallah Wa Ashhadu Anna Muhammadan ‘Abduhu Wa Rasuluhu
I bear that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah, and I also bear that Muhammad (peace be upon him ) is Allah’s slave and His Messenger.
After reciting “Tashahhud” , Now recite Durood, recite any of these or any other Sunnah.
Allahumma Salli ‘Ala Muhammadin Wa ‘Ala Ali Muhammadin Kama Sallaita ‘Ala Ibrahima Wa ‘Ala Ali Ibrahima Wa Barik ‘Ala Muhammadin Wa ‘Ala Ali Muhammadin Kama Barakta ‘ Ala Ibrahima Wa ‘ Ala Ali Ibrahima Fil A’lamina Innaka Hamidun Majid.
Allahumma! Send blessings upon (Holy Prophet) Muhammad and upon the followers of (Holy Prophet) Muhammad as You sent blessings upon Ibraheem and upon the followers of Ibraheem; indeed, You are praiseworthy and glorious. Allahumma! Bless (Holy Prophet) Muhammad and the follower of (Holy Prophet) Muhammad as You blessed Ibraheem and the follower of Ibraheem; indeed, You are praise worthy and glorious.
After Reciting “Durood” , Now recite any of these or any other Sunnat Duaa’s.
Rabbana Atina Fid Dunya Hasanatan Wa Fil Akhirati Hasanatan Waqina Azabannar
Our Lord, grant us the good of this world and that of the Hereafter and save us from the torture of hell.
Now turn your face to look at your right shoulder whilst saying and then left. After Salaah,it if of great blessing to make Du’aa (Asking for your needs) To lift up your Hands to make Du’aa is loved by Almighty Allah, and is also Sunnah.
